InquiryCatch is a small, independent company run by me, Matej Sobotka, a software developer from the Czech Republic.
I started it after noticing the same problem on business after business: the website looks fine, but when a customer writes in the evening, nobody answers until the next day. By then the customer has often gone to someone else.
So I built an assistant that sits on a business’s website, answers straight away, asks the questions the owner would ask and sends the finished enquiry to the owner’s phone. It is honest about being an assistant, it never makes up prices, and the owner always has the final word.
How I work
- Every assistant is set up by hand for the business it works for.
- One simple price, the same everywhere: €49 a month for our first 20 customers, locked in for as long as they stay, then €69.
- Two weeks free, no setup fee, no long-term contract.
- If the assistant hasn’t brought you a single enquiry in your first paid month, you don’t pay for that month.
