InquiryCatch / Questions
Will an AI assistant make up prices or annoy my customers?
Not if it is set up properly. InquiryCatch only shares prices you give it, says clearly that it is an assistant, and hands anything it isn’t sure about to you.
Prices
The assistant only knows the prices you tell us. If you give ranges (for example “from €120”), it can share those. If you don’t, it says you will confirm the price yourself. It never invents a figure.
Being honest about being an assistant
It tells customers at the start that they are talking to an assistant for your company, and that a real person will follow up. Customers don’t mind talking to an assistant; they mind not getting an answer.
When it doesn’t know
If a customer asks something outside what it knows, like a detailed question about their specific situation, it says you will answer that when you call, and passes the question on to you word for word.
Keeping it short
It asks a handful of questions (where, what, how urgent, name and number) and stops. Nobody has to fill in a long form or chat for ten minutes.
Privacy
Customers see a short note that their details are only used to respond to their enquiry, with a link to the privacy notice. Enquiries go to you and are not sold or shared.
